It's nearly impossible to understand other people's motives now, for
they are probably only presenting part of the picture in their
interactions with you. Although an abundance of useful information may
be lurking beneath the surface, you're not likely interested in spending
your time unwrapping layers of the onion to get to the center. Instead
of looking for answers you don't have, just work with what you already
